The Silver Arrows Command issued a positive report yesterday, three months after the recovery of their flagship Discovery.

Department of Foreign Affairs Director, Rear-Admiral Sam Thomas, expressed openly his happyness : It is good to see this organization flying high again. We all know how much time and resources the SAC spent finding the Discovery. It was close to stop all activity due to failure but at the last moment, luck has saved the day and since then, every man and woman in this family has stood up to rebuild and they did a very, very great job. The SAC has released the latest version of the Rewards and Decoration's list. The full release is available in the Members Guide in the Decoration sections downloadable here.

The SAC will transmit to every pilot their new signature wearing those new decorations in the coming days via the SA Record Files profile page.

The Department of Operations made few changes in the fighter wings assignments following the temporary absence of Beta Wing leader, Nathaw aka RAPTOR. Here are the details :

• Cpt. TANGO will take place as Beta_Leader and CO of Beta Wing.
• EXTROS is moving up as Alpha_Two and SO of Alpha Wing.
• RAPTOR is reassigned temporarely as Alpha_Three, pending its return to action.

The Department has revealed also that it will make new changes upon the return of our brother Nathaw (RAPTOR) who is retiring for a month for personnal reasons.

All Beta Wing members, are required to report to their new commander for assignment ASAP.

The SAC has announced today the promotion of former Ensign Emmanuel Rau, also known as EXTROS, to Lieutenant-Commander.

"His services to the clan, mostly in the trading area really help the clan in the past" said Staff and Resources Secretary Vincent Toews."The Department is always happy to give a promotion to a deserving member of our family of great men and women" he added.

The Department of Staff and Resources, in conjuction with the Department of Foreign Affairs, is happy to announce the new coming of skilled pilots in our ranks from the ORP clan. Their leader, Nathaw, made a proposition to the SAC to join the Silver Arrows with his men.

With these new pilots, the Department of Operations created the brand new BETA wing that has been planned for few months now. Lieutnant Nathaw, former leader of ORP, will serve as BETA_Leader.
